A graduate of Shenandoah University's Respiratory Therapy program, he was director of respiratory therapy at Wooster Community Hospital for 11 years before starting Wayne Health Services & Supplies in 1986 in Wooster (Closed 2018) and Yoder Medical Equipment & Supplies (Hartville) in 1990 (Closed 2017), Therefore he has had a long history of providing medical equipment, supplies to the Wayne, Holmes, Stark and surrounding Counties.
